Even when I became a personal trainer, I still had an ongoing battle with my body. I felt I had to workout 24/7 to get the body I wanted. I had no energy, my mood was low and I was completely stressed out.
And guess what… I still wasn’t happy.
Only when I started exploring my wellbeing as a whole, as an embodied practice between my mind, body and soul, that things REALLY started to change.

Here’s what you get:
6-Weeks of Transformational Workouts
Online workouts to suit YOUR level and abilities. You won’t have to train alone and you can do them from the comfort of your own home or in the gym! You’ll have the accountability of a coach to push you every step of the way. You’re not required to work out every day but we suggest 20 - 40 mins 3-4 times a week. There are live workouts 6 days a week to choose from and many more in the library.
15 minute LISS (Low Intensity Steady State Cardio)
This will help you up activity on those days you find it hard to get those steps in.
