I am an healthy lifestyle and fat loss coach for women over forty, experiencing changes in their body. I have coached thousands of women over the years who are fed up with feeling rubbish and stuck, constantly trying diets but noting working anymore.

Weight loss can be more challenging as we get older, weight can pile on even though we have changed NOTHING. Our body and mind is changing, so our approach to fat loss and fitness must change too. I'm 44 and experiencing changes myself, but by sticking to my own methods I am still in shape, feeling confident and in control.
