Not so long ago I was finding it a little harder myself.

At 44, things have really started to change...
I am definitely experiencing some hormonal changes!

A year ago I started to noticed fat stores on my butt that just weren't there before, I was finding it harder to shift belly fat along with those other joys that can come with menopause and perimenopause symptoms!
