I am an online health and weight loss coach for forty plus women! I have coached thousands of women over the years who are fed up with constantly dieting and not seeing the results they deserve.

Weight loss can be more challenging as we get older, weight can pile on even though we have changed NOTHING. Our body and mind is changing, so our approach to fat loss and fitness must change too.
