Hi! I’m Sindy Bond, an online personal trainer. It may seem like I’ve got it all together when it comes to my weight, health and fitness, but it wasn’t always this way and to be honest, I am still human!

Like you, I’ve had my struggles. In my twenties I was extremely unhealthy, abusing my body with drink, junk foods and late nights. I was pretty unhappy, so I just fed my emotions and insecurities and of course, made myself feel worse!

I ventured into a gym for the first time at the age of 27, I had never worked out before!! Yep, NEVER! As soon as I took this first positive step, lots of other things started to fall into place. I got fitter, stronger and started to feel more confident.

My true passion for fitness and helping others has been fuelled by my own experiences and those years of struggling myself, mentally and physically.

I felt stuck in a rut in my work and home life, with a body I was never happy with, bloated, lethargic and often in pain! I just didn’t know how to make the changes I needed to make on my own.

When I finally became a personal trainer, and started to change my life, there were still some struggles at the beginning. I thought I had to be on crazy diets, I thought I needed to look a certain way, but I soon realised that wasn’t going to help people, it wasn’t what most peolpel wanted or cared about and it just wasn’t me!

That’s when I came to realise the simple fundamentals of fitness, not giving up all the foods you love and not missing out on social occasions, is what was going to work long term for me and you. A flexible approach that works for life, not just the length of a diet plan! Minus the crazy diets, the misery and constantly feeling like you’re failing.
