πΒ Youβll incorporate flexibility into your workout routine - we all have busy lives! You donβt work out every day, but will select 3-4 of your favourites.
πΒ Learn short effective workouts that can be done from home or at the gym. All you'll need is a set of dumbbells or some bottles or cans! Youβll no longer waste hours travelling to the gym and back or feel self-conscious when working out. Because you can get a great workout in from home and I'll show you how!!
π Thereβs a wide variety of workouts to suit ANY level, even if you are a complete beginner to weight training, you'll be given options to take. If you need to work around painful knees, injured shoulder or a bad back. There is always a way!! The workouts suit any schedule and theyβve all been designed to get best results.

π There are 8 live classes a week to choose from and a library full of on-demand workouts from 10 minutes to 40 minutes. Workouts are never any longer than 40 minutes, because they don't need to be when you workout the RIGHT way.

Even when I became a personal trainer, I still had an ongoing battle with my body. I felt I had to workout 24/7 to get the body I wanted. I had no energy, my mood was low and I was completely stressed out. And guess whatβ¦ I still wasnβt happy.
